1. Change the oil

Open the oil-hole screw in the seal room and the motor respectively, release all the oil in the seal room and the motor, and replace the new oil to ensure the normal work of the lubrication system.

2.regular inspection of vulnerable parts

5. Make sure the bearings are lubricated

For the water-filled submersible pump, it is necessary to replace the skeleton oil seal and lithium-based Grease in the bearing chamber of the upper and lower end caps so as to ensure the normal operation of the bearing under the condition of good lubrication for a long time.

6. Remove pump case to prevent rust

Before use in spring, the upper pump shell should be opened, the impeller should be turned and then closed to start, in case the parts rust can not start normally and burn the motor winding, this maintenance is particularly important for water-filled motor.

7. Make sure submersible pumps, submersible electric pumps, and clean water pumps are sealed

When replacing the lubricating oil in the sealing room, if it is found that the oil quality is muddy and the water content has exceeded the standard, the whole sealing box or the dynamic and static sealing rings must be replaced, and the replacement parts must be qualified products to ensure its sealing performance.
