Product description

(1) Product use and main features

QJ series submersible electric pumps are important equipment for deep well water lifting. The entire unit of this product submerged into the water to work, extracting groundwater to the surface for use in urban and rural areas, industrial and mining enterprises, drainage, agricultural irrigation, and use in sea water.

 

(2) Conditions of use

■Three-phase AC power supply with voltage deviation of 380V within ±5% and frequency of 50Hz deviation within ±1%.

■The cavity of the motor must be filled with distilled water (or clean water).

■The first-stage impeller of the water pump should be immersed at least 3m below the dynamic water level, the electric pump unit immersed below the static water level not more than 70m, and the bottom of the motor should not be less than 5m from the bottom of the well.

■The water temperature is not higher than 20℃ <except for QJ(R) type hot water pump>.

■The solid content in the water (by mass) is not more than 0.01%.

■The pH value of water is 6.5-8.5.

■The content of hydrogen sulfide in the water is not more than 1.5mg/L.

■The content of chloride ion in water is not more than 400mg/L.

 

■The submersible electric pump must be installed upright and cannot be used lying down.

YQS200/3-75KW, YQS250/5.5-160KW, YQS300/75-185KW, YQS400/75-250KW.
